10/10 Excellent

"Top notch hospitality and customer service! We came back to our room on the 3rd floor and saw the bathroom floor flooded from a leak in the ceiling during a terrible rainstorm . Went to the front desk where the GM continued to apologize and explain they know they need a new roof and that is taking place next week! The hotel was completely booked due to State Trap Shooting taking place but the GM did all he could to make things right and was able to moved us to different rooms to accommodate our needs! We will continue to stay at this hotel every year for State Trap for the size of rooms and customer service"

"It was dirty, run down, leaking, smelly, sticky, and broken. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. The bathroom was gross, the faucet leaked, and there was NO hot water. We asked at the front desk for help after 30 minutes of trying to get hot water only to be told the boiler is broken. The floor in our room was sticky and damp. The room smelled like pee. There was a wall of windows that looked into the hallway but no way to open a window for fresh air. There were 2 electric outlets that didn't work. The fire alarm was missing and wires hung out of the wall where it used to be. "Hot Breakfast" was bread and a nasty looking toaster. There were others in our group that moved to a different hotel but they got the last rooms. We stuck it out there for 2 nights and it was so gross. Do not go here. We asked for a discount because there was no hot water. The clerk doesn't speak good English but he said he sent a note to his boss but charged us the full amount. We wanted to split the charge between 2 people and he couldn't/wouldn't do that either. Horrible place, bad service"

"Room was clean, breakfast was ok. The pool was down the whole week we were there. Manager said it was only going to be down for a couple days. Wound up be the entire week. Would have been better to just say it would be down for the week, instead of everyday saying tomorrow it would be open."
