We received an early easy check in, the room was clean and beautiful, would stay again!!

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the breakfast was great. 100% would stay again.

Alysha was AMAZING! We had to travel on Christmas and she was so kind and patient and accomodating. We were grateful for her after a long day of travel! The room was clean and crisp and so was the rest of the hotel. We have stayed at this hotel repeatedly and will continue to do so!

Our son and his family live nearby and, after trying two other hotels in the area, we now always stay here when we visit from Alaska. Front desk staff know us, the rooms are clean and right sized. Location is convenient to a great espresso shop and the included breakfast is extensive.

The suite was amazing! Loved everything about the facility and the room. Front desk customer service was not at all comparable to other Marriotts I've stayed with. Check in was odd as if I was inconveniencing the associate. My request to add my Marriott rewards info for the stay was met with "I can't make any promises" and "you should have done that when you booked the room". Nice little gem of a hotel. Clean, spacious room with large bathroom. Good speed Wi-Fi. Close to airport without airport noise. Very friendly service. Love the comforter cover and adjustable thermostat that worked better than almost any other hotel we've stayed at!

The area around the hotel lacks restaurants.

Rafa did a great job welcoming us. A smooth transition to get into the room. We enjoyed our stay and especially being able to grab some breakfast at 6 o’clock in the morning before heading to the airport.

A reliable place to stay near light rail. We always take shuttle to airport. Shuttle very reliable too. No breakfast anymore which is a disappointment.

I was pleased with the the stay everything was nice including the staff. Only thing off was the carpet could have been cleaner we found crumbs on the floor also a pill. We had a toddler with us so the pill on the floor was more of a concern for us vs someone without a child

It was a last minute booking so I didn't expect to much. The staff was friendly, the room was awesome. Very clean and comfortable with a separate sitting area. I will stay there again next time I am in need of a room in the Tacoma area.

Cleanliness and location are our most important criteria when choosing a hotel and this place didn't disappoint. It's very clean, bed was comfortable, good breakfast. I would stay here again. Highly recommend this place.
