The dining room attendant is so nice and accommodating! Lobby staff were friendly and helpful and cleaners kept things cleaned and stocked. We were very pleased with our stay!
Brand new property so very BRIGHT and Modern and new feeling. I just don’t understand why a 1/4 inch of white or light colored grout would be used between floor tiles - it gets dirty and is impossible to get clean so you have everything else looking new and sparkling but no matter what you do your floor is going to look grungy almost immediately. Poor choice in my opinion.

It was my first time at this property. I was there for 2 nights with my wife and 2 grandkids. We really liked the experience in general, but even more the responsiveness of the staff, especially the security team. We had an issue at the wave pool with another guest. My granddaughter lost her swimming googles in the pool and they were taken by a man that father of 2 young kids also in the pool. He gave the googles to his son. When my 11-year-old grandson asked him to return the googles, this man...
Awesome in every way - an adult Disneyland. The only downfall is the train noise at night. The staff recommended ear plugs and you really do need them to sleep.
This was the second time we've stayed at this Hotel and we'll be staying there for all our trips the Olympia.
Hotel is right next to I-5 with easy access for north bound traffic. South bound traffic should pay attention and follow their navigation app. Couple wrong turns and you're at the capital building or back on I-5. Request a room on the front side of the hotel.

I think the best part of my experience here was the lady running the place. I’m sad I can’t remeber her name but she seriously made my stay great by being super friendly, asking about my trip, and offering her help if I needed anything. The place was clean and bed was comfortable. Definitely would stay here again
Great staff. We arrived early because my wife was sick and she needed some rest, and they let us in two hours prior to the official hours (3 p.m.) with no extra charges, after explaining the situation. Also, the property was nice looking, the room was small but cozy and had all the usual amenities.
