"The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small, but newer hotels are built that way; construction costs are outrageous. Staff responded to an evening call to check on hair appliances that may have been left turned on; checked the room to make sure they were off."

"This property is gorgeous and had several great restaurants and bars onsite. We ate at the Riverwalk Cantina several times for lunch (buffet that was amazing) and dinner (full service). The servers and chefs were kind and friendly. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the pool. For a resort this large and expensive, the outdoor pool seemed to be an afterthought. It was very small and crowded, with no seating available by 12PM. People were strewn about laying on the concrete pooldeck, and you had to be careful not to step on someone. The DJ was so loud that we couldn't hold a conversation without moving to the far side of the pool. We ended up laying on the pool deck our towels and stayed for about 3 hours. I specifically stayed here for the pool because it looked so relaxing online. It was anything but that. Very dissapointing. The 4 stars were from the top notch restaurants and the poolside food and drink. "

"Was a good hotel and convenient to the airport. Hotel needs a little work done to it, but otherwise clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast. "

"Pool was always overcrowded and never had towels to dry off, had to bring ours from the room. Restaurant and bar staff was super nice but everyone else seemed to act bothered if we had questions or from how I seen them interact with other people. "
