The hotel front desk showed him such compassion and respect, despite his appearance being affected by radiation therapy. It meant so much to us that our family was allowed to share a quiet, meaningful lunch with him in the hotel restaurant. Only two days later, he passed away peacefully. "The staff was great the hotel was great but the room I had wasn’t very clean it was dust everywhere caked up in the bathroom, nightstand and windowsill I wasn’t to happy with that … "

"Everything looked over worn. The rooms need to be renovated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. No security personnel before taking the elevators to the rooms. Upon taking a shower, we let the water run for about 10 minutes the water never got hot it stayed warm. when checking out they charged us more money than anticipated, because we booked with Expedia and they mentioned that if we booked ahead, we would not pay anything at the hotel. In other words, everything would be covered. When we checked out, they charged us an additional $45.00. I went to the check-out desk to dispute the charges the representative indicated that we did not read the fine print. Therefore, we had to pay that amount. It was unfair, because I read everything before making the reservation and we still had to pay the charges. "
