Very nice place to stay, slept good because bed was comfy and it was quiet

We went to St Louis for a day trip and the weather turned bad. We had to book a hotel at the last minute and booked this hotel because it was near the Galleria. I'm so glad we found it. It was affordable, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have an extra fold out bed in the sofa. There was plenty of room and we all got a good night's sleep. I would stay here again, for sure.

I'll be honest, when I first pulled up I got American Horror Story: Hotel vibes. It's definitely an odd hotel but my overall experience there was good. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean (and was all one color). The rooftop lounge was a great place to take in the skyline and have a drink. I don't know if they had room service because I usually bring my own snacks and what not. The location was convenient, however; I wouldn't go strolling around at night or solo. It's literally on...

It was very upscale and different from any other hotel that I have stayed. Not really geared towards kids. We didn't stay there that long but the parking is about quarter mile away and $25 to park overnight. I didn't read the fine print. We were driving for a long time so we didn't mind the walk but don't forget anything in the car. They do have a taxi that will come get you. We also didn't have a garbage in our room. Luckily I just had a plastic bag to put our stuff in.

They did not have the room available that we wanted, but was able to give us a very nice room with a king size bed like we wanted.

Bbq restaurant next door which had great brisket at a reasonable price.

Staff was all very friendly even though they were short staffed. Parking is horrible. Valet does not have enough room / spots available. Very limited street parking available. Room was very small. Breakfast area was very clean and had a good variety of hot / cold foods. I would stay here again.

We stayed here about 6 years ago. There is a lot of construction in the surrounding area, but since we were there over Thanksgiving, we did not experience any noise. The property reminds me of a townhouse. We had a room with a loft. Our room was upstairs, this was no issue for us, but might be if someone could not walk steps. Friendly staff, 24 hr hot cocoa and tea, great free breakfast, grab and go breakfast for early commuters.

when we arrived we realized the room we had booked wouldn't work as my mom needed help getting up from the toilet. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, moved us to a handicapped room at the same rate and checked to be sure we were comfortable. The next morning as we were leaving to meet family for Thanksgiving we realized we needed ground coffee for the pot and the hotel graciously gave us a package of theirs to take with us. Loved everything about it.. In addition to free parking and free breakfast. I found out dinner is free with 2 free alcoholic drinks.. Where else do they do that.. This will be my pick moving forward!
