"Front desk kind and welcoming. I appreciated an extra blanket. We were given an accessible room and didn’t reserve one. There are no reading or soft lights, just a bright light and mirror the entire length of the room. The bed was fine for a one-night stay. Pillows small and lumpy. Medium size fridge was good for leftovers. The room was clean. We didn’t have the breakfast and the hotel coffee was basic. Close to a Casey’s gas station at the edge of town."

"The staff was excellent, but the bed in the room was ridiculously high. It was made for NBA players. I had to ask for a stepstool to get in my bed. I’m 5 foot two. Totally unacceptable. The other thing that I thought was really bad and we had to change rooms when we first checked in was that we were on the second floor. No elevators? I’m 80 years old and cannot log my suitcases up a flight. They did change my room and they did provide me a ground floor room. As I said, before, the staff was excellent."

"When booking it does not state they charge $25 a day non refundable pet deposite. Even there pet policy posted on counter does not state its a DAILY fee. We where staying for 2 days so should of been $50 but was charged for 3 days so got charged $75. Was suppossed to be refunded but has not been. The rooms where very dirty. Looked like old pet poop on floor that was just picked up but never cleaned. Sheets and blankets where gross unwashed. When told staff she just threw new sheets at me for me to change the bed. Im renting a room I shouldnt have to be the one to clean and make beds to be able to sleep there. Worst hotel I have ever stayed."
