"I've stayed here some 4-5 times during my Mannheim visits. I love the proximity to the Hauptbahnhof yet the train noise in very minimal. Rooms are reasonably sized, beds are comfy, and the breakfast is yummy. Will continue to stay here when in Mannheim."

I didn’t speak German and the front desk staff were so helpful and spoke great English. The included breakfast was so delicious. You couldn’t beat their location. It was in the middle of everything. My daughter is at the university there so when I visit I will stay there.
Perfect location, nice rooms and good breakfast. Convenient parking within same building. Nice terrace with view on castle. Very nice staff. We were able to use washing machine and dryer for small laundry batch. Only negative is mattress and pillows were too soft to my liking.
We had a great stay and loved the room we were in. The rooms are simple and modern, but clean and spacious. The bathroom was great as well, very clean with sleek finishes. Lots of great windows too to let in fresh air. We were greeted promptly for check in and everyone we interacted with was very nice and helpful. The pictures make this spot look a little bit nicer than it is, but we really enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff. The elevator was laughably small but it seems to be a standard across Europe, just wasn’t expecting it. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had great lighting, it was surprisingly quiet even though it was right by a bit of a popular night area. We stayed in the newly renovated building and thought it was gorgeous. The cleanliness, finishings and design are world class. One of the best places I have stayed. We had 2 young kids on the sofa bed and it was perfect.
Our stay here was great. We stayed with our two young children and while it was tight, there was enough space for us for the few nights we stayed there. It was right next to the train station which was convenient because we arrived by train. Parking lot was free during our stay for our rental car and it was a short drive to the Hilton where the rest of our family was staying. We even walked there a couple times when it was favorable weather and it was about a 15-20 minute walk which wasn't bad....
Heidelberg is not a big city, and most of the things can be reached by foot in less than 20 minutes. I think this hotel clearly provides a good stay because the location is perfect, just next to the central train station (you can just arrive, leave your bag, and go to the city).
We were there only for one night, so the room is comfortable enough for a short stay. The bed is good and the room is pretty clean.
