One of the most amazing hotel experiences we’ve ever had! The hotel itself was incredible. Clean, loved the vibe. The amenities were awesome and easy to access! The service and staff was 10/10! They even cleaned my shoes after I had been hiking all day. Came out to our car when we pulled in. Just went above and beyond! Sooo worth the price!
Very nice hotel in Ortisei, excellent breakfast and dinner options with very diverse meals. There are two swimming pools and an indoor play room which was great for our kids. There are a few different types of rooms - some are older and some are new.
Our experience at Mirabell exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was wonderful, Marian was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay. The grounds and property were beautiful we enjoyed the pool, restaurant, amenities and farm - complete with chickens. And the garden was lovely. Mirabell is conveniently located just up the hill from village center and close to the lifts and cable cars of Siusi and Seceda. We hope to visit again someday!
We had a fantastic three night stay at the Adler and totally loved our experience. All aspects of this hotel were fabulous and well worth the money. The spa was incredible with options for specialty services such as massages, mud baths, and salt grottos that were most enjoyable. The pools and outdoor saunas were also relaxing. The grounds were impeccable and a real oasis of calm. We purchased the half board which allowed us to enjoy extensive breakfast, lunch, afternoon cake, and dinner dining...

Everything about this was wonderful. The location with the view was absolutely stunning. The amenities were well appointed, everything from the spa and wellness, to bike and hiking adventures lead by the staff.
They also have a private train station where you can hop on to the tiny train that connects to cities together. Which allows you to hike to one and ride the train back if you wanted.

The reception man was very Nice and warm welcoming. Our room was in third floor with balcony. We could see the mountain in the distance. Fantastic view. Room was very neat and clean.
We also loved this hotel for the outdoor jacuzzi and for the reading room.
If this was winter we would have been happy to be just next to the lift.

Sometimes a vacation is made more memorable by the people you meet vs the places you see. This is certainly the case here. The family was very friendly, knowledgeable of the area and provided useful information and insights.
