"Manager went out of her way to help us get another room at a neighbouring hotel after there was a mix up with Expedia booking very professional and warm staff and of course outstanding food"

"I was surprised at check in that we were told we had reserved 4 rooms. We did have 2 connecting rooms but my original booking that I had cancelled well in advance on Expedia never showed up on Hilton Heidelbergs end. I had to prove I had cancelled and had to forward emails to show that I did indeed cancel the first connecting rooms. Once that was fixed, the rest of the stay was ok. "

"OMG….this place is amazing…get a room with odd numbers so you can view all of Germany below. Regardless of your room the property has amazing views…like the best views from a hotel for my whole life…I’m 58, and I get around! Wow! Just stunning! The restaurant was absolutely great as well and taking the funicular back and forth between town just added to the experience!"

The location, in the cellar was so cool and the food selection was perfect. Breakfast staff we very friendly too. The room was perfect. Very clean, bed was comfortable, room was a good size. Great atmosphere. Simple directions for parking. Close to shops and restaurants. "
