"I am definitely going to return to the hotel whenever i am Bordeaux France again. The only flaws I see is the limited varieties of breakfast. The staff are very welcoming especially the tall black guy I met on my arrival and couple days afterwards. He speaks English and he has good customer service."

"We used this hotel to break a long journey twice. Could be cheaper for what you get. My son was bitten by bed bugs on the first stay. Had to prove on both stays that we had paid with bank statements and receipts as they tried to make us pay again. Paid for 5 breakfasts but we were only allowed to get 2 and refused to pay again for 3 more. Restricted 2 of my kids to one slice of bread each for breakfast! Aircon not working. Not obvious from the Expedia website that bathroom was not in the room. Not a problem but Expedia should make this more obvious and that you need your own towels. "

"I have been less then a night there, to arrive it was fine, the security was nice and explained how to do the check in, always doing his patrol around, so I felt safe with family. The bedroom was well cleaned , however the sink and bath plumbing was blocked , the dirty water wasn't going away, there was mold in the bathroom grout. I should not be there again unfortunately. Bed sheets , floor and litttle table was perfectly cleaned."
