"We stayed for a week and were very impressed after reading some, not so good earlier reviews, however all became clear as this hotel is now under new ownership. Hotel is on the main strip and only a 5 minute walk to Jandri lift, rooms were clean, comfy bed nice bathroom good choice for breakfast and has a sauna and hot tub as a nice little bonus after a day on the slopes. Staff/ owners were really friendly and explained to us they had recently taken over the running of the hotel having made lots of changes and improvements, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend "

"Room was generally clean but run down. Smelled of cigarette smoke as evidenced by butts on flat roof outside. Stained carpet and very noisy with main road outside. Bits of furniture trim missing. Pool was good but tiny. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK. Bit disappointing really."

A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control. Will certainly return. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. Decent rooms. We stayed here for a bike trip (Granfondo) and it was perfect for a sports trip. Simple, hip and just what we wanted. . "

"Although we had booked a twin bed room. The booking didnt appear on the hotel computer. But the manager sorted us quickly in to a triple room with 2 beds. Very good."

"Checked in late at night, but needed to pay local tax directly at check in and to access the building ... payment system didn't recognise foreign credit card. Fortunately 2 very kind men paid for me which was lucky as I had 2 tired kids in the car. Bed linen and bathroom clean, but loads of stains on the floor."
