6/10 Okay

"Front desk and wait staff was amazing! The views in the Chateau are beautiful. We felt so safe walking around at night. The food was amazing. The staff even gave us a lot of tips and recommendations about the area as we are tourists from the US. Moe was exceptional, she gave me parking hacks around the train station. As well as how to navigate around France. My problem here is the cleaning staff. They would knock early in the morning before 9AM to come and clean, like they were so eager to come inside our room. We did not ask for cleaning until the end of our stay because we have a lot of valuables (passport, jewelry, etc.) and electronics in our room. We NEVER approved any sort of cleaning and they ended up coming in anyway. I knew they went in without our permission because the bathroom is clean and our bed is fixed. But the most disappointing part about all of this is they ended up stealing my Gucci sunglasses and my wife’s Adderall prescription medication. The worst part is the staff that I was talking to was not listening to my explanation and went on to defend their staff! Instead of listening to the client! We have stayed in numerous hotels and AirBnB’s all over the world. This is not the first time someone stole from us. At least acknowledge your client’s complaint. That’s all."

"Could be my favourite hotel. Ever. The staff(owners) are lovely. Gave a tour of the wine cellar which was SPECTACULAR! Like a cathedral. The decor was brilliantly done. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated w all new fixtures. The garden patio was out of a movie. Beds were king size and perfect. I have never stayed in a hotel with more attention to detail. And the town is the most perfect medieval town I have seen in France. We had dinner at Henri IV square Italian which was also excellent. I could go on! And only 20 minutes to CDG! Never stay at the airport again! You must go. We will be back. Tell them I sent you!"

"Nous avons passé une excellente nuit au Campanile de Senlis. La literie était très confortable, la chambre d'une propreté avec de petites attentions. Le personnel était aimable et efficace. Les dépendances de l'accueil était encore en travaux mais cela n'était pas dérangeant. Les seuls points qui mériteraient une petite amélioration sont sans doute le parking, qui était trop petit en cas de forte affluence et les deux accès à l'hôtel (celui indiqué etait fermé à l'aide d'une chaîne)"
