Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, amazing food, QUIET. Sitting in the hot tub amidst the ruins of a Roman amphitheater was beyond all great travel experiences. Excellent chef, with a respectful eye towards organic and local tradition. Restaurant is a bit expensive, but far superior to the tourist restaurants in the center. Beautiful breakfast buffet, homemade pastries, and bread like bread should be made. The experience is worth every penny.

Hotel Umbra is a perfect location just off the Piazza Commune under an arch across from the Information center where you can park briefly to unload.
