I didn’t arrive at the Hotel until after 3am and checked out early, so wasn’t really there long enough to really rate the Hotel properly. I slept through breakfast so missed that. But definitely want to give a big shout out to the fellow on the Reception. Once I got up to my room for whatever reason my combination lock on my suitcase would not unlock and I was getting quite upset as I couldn’t open it. Very good and so close to everything

Beautiful hotel. Front desk was so helpful during checkin and with questions. Close to train. Just a few blocks to all the shops and restaurants. Although some great restaurants were nearby. Our room was great. Modern. Bathroom was nice. Bed was comfy. Linens and towels were also great quality. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I came to drop off my bag since my arrival to Melbourne was so early. Turns out that they had a room already ready at 9am and let me check in. I barely slept on the flight and I was exhausted so this was such a relief and I appreciate their kindness! Plus next day I overslept for the check out but they were nice about it as well. Thank you so much! Very nice hotel with clean rooms and convenient location.
