"Hotel is located in front of a bus stop and subway station. Bus route 001 is a free route that can take you to main tourist attractions and shops. Hotel rooms are a bit small but staff friendliness and service makes up for it There are several good restaurants and bars at walking distance "

The hotel is close to a Metro station Noviciado so getting around the City is easy if you want to venture out ! The hotel is a short walk to Gran Vía and all its shops, the a further short walk and you are in Sol. We come to Madrid to see family and would definately recommend a stay here. We will return on our next visit. NB.. if you like a swim the pool is warm ! "

But what truly made the difference was the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff. They made us feel welcome at all times and turned the experience into something magical and special.
