"I didn't actually stay here. I had a room booked, my flight got canceled and I contacted the hotel to cancel/refund my stay. I never heard anything from them. Very poor communication. "

"Fairly new and modern large hotel with a fairly large breakfast buffet and eggs made to order. The neighborhood is quiet at night, but other guests are so noisy. The first night, we shared a floor with a large tour group and they kept knocking on our door at 6 AM because they thought we were part of their group. That same night, a room across the hall was having a loud karaoke party inside their room."
