"Great hotel and location"

"Great stay! Wonderful location."

"We stayed two nights as a family of four. The location in Shinjuku is excellent, with Kabukicho, Hanazono Shrine and lots of restaurants a short walk away. Check-in without staff was simple, and when the smart lock played up we used the physical key without any trouble. It was a comfortable and convenient base for our first nights in Tokyo."

"Highly recommended.good location"

"The hotel was nice , clean and in a great location. Staff were always friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that items on the breakfast buffet such as potato cakes, eggs and bacon, pancakes were consistently cold. Otherwise I would highly recommend."

"The hotel was close to train station and great places to eat and drink. Having Laundry in the room was an extra benefit"
