The architecture and atmosphere truly make you feel like you’re experiencing something special and uniquely Spanish. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. "When I arrived at 15.30, there was a sign on the door. I have a photo. It said "popped out for a minute" and left a phone number. I rang it. My phone recognised it as the correct number, but I kept getting the "not recognised" message. I waited 90 minutes, during which time I sent two emails. Unanswered. I went to another hotel. I will be extremely disappointed if my card is debited. Maybe there was some family crisis? But that the phone number was not recognised is a worry! I can't comment on the hotel itself."
