"Very good surprise. Renovated in November 2025 the hotel is well located, quiet and super comfortable. The room was well equipped with a separate tea room. I loved it. Breakfast was nice and the staff very helpful too. I can only recommend to stay at CYBO"

"Breakfast was not surprising. Going elsewhere is recommended as it was 150 RMB per head. Going nearby eatery should cost around 30RMB per head. Location is near old town where shopping is nowhere nearby. The shower experience was poor as the temp is not stable, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. Overall experience was only fair but being Ritz Carlton, I would expect more. Not a 4 Star experience"

"This hotel is very close to the city center, making it super convenient to go anywhere. Moreover, all the staff are very enthusiastic and the service is excellent. Both the front desk and the luggage reception service are superb. The staff responsible for cleaning the rooms on the fifth floor also do an excellent job of keeping the rooms very clean every day.
