The views of Rosh Pinna and the rest of the valley below were amazing when eating on the terrace. The staff was outstanding and very helpful and very friendly. Lots of staff. "

"photos is one, reality is the other. very poor maintantnce. rooms was NOT CLEAN (especially toilet..), there is a large window in the front of the room and the stuff kept coming to this window and see if i am in the room (an hour before regular checkout time) and that was really disturbing. happend at least 3-4 times. "If the air conditioning had gotten the room cooler than 26C on our first night, I’d have been happier. The other problem - was the mould and unclean appearance of the shower and the fact that all 3 shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. I liked the hotel staff and appreciated the room was quiet and comfortable but AAAAGH how do they accept such low levels of deep cleaning? "
