"The place is good and quite close to the beach, 2.5 km from city center. The apartment are nice but the kitchen as no hob, nothing to cook, the fridge is not working, the a/c smells moisture. Terrasse table broken. The bed is ok but not prépare and the duvet sheet was missing.
The parking is not on site free as described on hotel.com, it s 15lv by days. The free minibar is an empty fridge that not work fine.
The breakfast is poor and not good.
The swimming pool is really nice."

"This place was a joke! I’ve booked two deluxe studios with 2 beds for 2 nights and we got 1 apt with 1 bed and 1 very uncomfortable couch, the second room had also 1 bed and pullout couch. Rooms were stinky! The AC wasn’t working in one of the rooms and in the other was only in the living room. I knew that I wouldn’t get a refund so I didn’t complain but I won’t recommend this place to anyone! "

"Excellent 4* hotel recently refurbished, it seemed as new. We only stayed one night but all the service was very good and pleasant. The room was good, clean and modern, nice views of the city. Breakfast was served in a very spacious restaurant/breakfast area with a wide variety of products, both hot and cold options, fruit, salad, etc. Our stay in Burgas was short, we chose this hotel especially for its central location and also for being very close (walking distance) to the bus and Airport...

"Really nice little resort. Staff were friendly on arrival at reception and helpful throughout. Underground secure parking came with the room. The room was great and plenty of space, really well equipped even though it was all inclusive. Needed a shower curtain or something as the bathroom got soaked every time you needed a shower but it was all fine and the water soon drained away. The balcony was nice and overlooked the water park across the road. There was music from there during the day but...

"I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day...

"The hotel has a range of different people staying from mainly UK, Germany and others. Whilst some people liked having a lot of drinks, it is also family friendly. There is a really nice concierge/receptionist who helped give me information about the local area. I liked my room and the food options and I got a bargain price for my short stay.
