"I went mid week and had a pleasant stay while it is quiet. The hotel is in pretty good condition, when I arrived they were even installing new TVs. It is clean and well maintained, a very good standard for a 3star hotel in Ghana. The food at the beach restaurant was my favourite, try the calamari and fried rice, very tasty. Also nice to have breakfast, hotels.com didnt let me know it was included it was also good. Staff very helpful even though it is quiet during the week"

For foreigners that safety is a big priority, this hotel is owned and runner by retired police officers so there is no problem with safety. This hotel is a good alternative for booking hotels close to the airport areas. "The staff was alright, the location was good enough to order a ride when needed. There was no restaurant, so that needs to be taken off the website as an amenity. No elevator, my fault for not taking that into consideration. The room we were in was very dusty, the ceiling fan had dark dust on it as it was never cleaned, the bedding was stained, had to go back out to go purchase bedding the day we landed and cleaning supplies to clean as much as I could. My only suggestion for a major opportunity for improvement would be to make a deal with owner of the travel company with the loud speaker blaring “Sorry sorry sorry, Buena Park, Buena Park!” Blasting on the loud speaker from six in the morning continuously until 6, 7, 8 in the evening. It's not fair to the hotel guests/residents. Would still recommend. Thank you American Mall. ;-)"

"The only things that work well are the AC and water heater. The property should not charge that much if the rental does not offer the expected world-class delivery, especially for those visiting the area and the hotel for the first time.
Also, the images are somewhat unrepresentative of the overall system or building. The property could use some remodeling.
