I broke my phone on the island, and I was unable to get access to my plane tickets or my email. The staff, especially Filipa, was so nice enough to let me use their computer, log into my email, and print my tickets. "We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage met all our expectations. Very clean, good equipped kitchen, luxury bathroom, comfortable beds. Situated in county side, very private plot, not far from Pria da Vitória. We will definitely recommend it to our friends."

"There wasn’t an address posted, it was difficult to find. It was not clean. We were greeted by ants, spiders, cockroaches, & a dead bird carcass. When we opened a large mirrored closet, it fell towards us. The entire faucet in one of the bathrooms rocked in place. There was mold everywhere and It smelled of mildew. We didn’t have hot water for 3 days. And the worst part was that maintenance locked us out of the entry gate. We returned from dinner at 23:00hr, in the dark. Our taxi driver had to...
