Our hosts had great communication and instructions for getting there were very clear. Great Yale lock with pin code entry so no need to remember to take a key out with you! "We loved this apartment for the space and bench area, the laundry facilities, the large hand basin and the fact that we didn't have to climb into and out of a deep bath to shower. Check-in arrangements worked fine and we could leave our bags before check-in. The lack of a lift may affect those with wheeled luggage (we used packs), and for more than 2 people the space between the beds was a bit of a squeeze."
