Location is not the most convenient, it's along the main road in middle Pelling, the restaurants tend to be more in upper Pelling although all hotels have their own restaurants. "It was very nice and pleasant stay. Deepak took care about each and everything from checkin to checkout, room cleaning and food services etc. Chef prepared Jain food and food suitable for kids. Food was tasty and delicious. They prepared it early morning before 7am also because we need to start early to catch flight. I will like to stay again same place and even suggest others to experience."

"Service is extremely poor. From room service to serving the food, everything is late and incomplete. The staff is incompetent and except a very few they do not pay any attention to the customer's needs. For every room service (water, towel etc.) one needs to call up the reception multiple times. Bed was dirty with scattered hair, when we checked in. Television does not work. Overall, whatever is projected in the internet is absolutely rubbish. Its a waste of money.
