"Room which supposed to be allocated to me was given to some one else & that room was allocated to me on next day. When I claimed they told me that there's some wrong information in the booking order. Also bathroom tape was leaking."

"Well positioned hotel. Friendly staff. Very comfortable room with view of Taj Mahal. The bar and restaurant opening times were incorrect on the website which made it difficult to coordinate and book transport. Amazing food and drink and service in the bar and Checkers Restaurant. "

"There is no breakfast room, breakfast is serve in your room, but because there is not table nor chair you have breakfast in your bed. Nothing looks "clean" but with some sort of dirtiness on it."

"When we checked in we had been upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Large bed, plenty of hot water and toiletries provided. Daily housekeeping. A nice swimming pool on the roof an ideal place to cool off after sightseeing. There was a good variety of English and Indian style foods for breakfast. Friendly helpful staff who provided us with a complimentary packed breakfast on the day of our departure as we had a 5.30am start. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in...
