We drove up to the hotel I had booked and my partner was immediately disappointed to have arrived at a Holiday Inn located in an office park, but by day 4 of our visit to the Wigan area to visit friends and family, we both appreciated how great a spot we had found for our stay. First of all the property is incredible. Very well maintained manicured. Excellent for short walks to clear your head while working. We had arrived early and the staff accommodated in early check-in. Throughout the day, we were treated with fantastic hospitality, and great service.

Fantastic all round. Family had a great time and was a good stop on our drive home from Scotland

I've stayed at Hotel Football three times whilst attending the Radar Festival, which was held at the 02 Victoria Warehouse, across the street from the hotel. All three stays have been very enjoyable. You can have all your meals at the hotel if you want, which is very convenient. It's clean, cool, and comfy. From the hotel I could walk to the movie theater- which was great! The staff were very helpful. I asked for a few things (extra towel, extra sheet, glasses of ice), and all my requests were filled quickly and with lots of friendliness. The room was comfortable with comfy bed and pillows. I've been in lots of hotels this trip, and this was definitely one of the best.

Breakfast was spectacular. They make their own bread! The people were lovely. The check-in process was ridiculously simple and straightforward. The on-site was easy. The room was comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

The Titanic Hotel should be a must if you are going to be staying in Liverpool. Besides the historic nature, it is an very relaxing and comfortable place to stay. The staff are amazing, the room was spotless, and the food is wonderful. The bedding, for me, was perfect. I generally have trouble getting a good night sleep the first night in a hotel but this room was so comfortable I fell right asleep. The decor is the chief's kiss for any Titanic buff.
