We had an enjoyable 5-night stay at the Port Gaverne Hotel. The service was excellent and the food was very good. We enjoyed the variety of offerings at breakfast and the Sunday Roast. This is not "pub food."
This is an old hotel and be advised that the rooms are small and up steep stairs, although the staff helped with luggage. We were there during a heat wave and there is no air conditioning, which is typically not needed. The bed was comfortable and the bedding lovely.

The check in was easy, they even stored my suitcase for a few hours when I arrived early. The room was so very nice with a great view of the harbour. The dinner and breakfast I had at the restaurant were delicious. Best location in town. Beautiful place to visit.
We chose the Bedruthan for a long weekend get together with our large family. It turned out to be a very enjoyable stay. The kids took surfing lessons and loved the waves. Mum had a massage and facial at the spa. The staff were genuinely friendly and went to great lengths to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Amazing hotel, quality of the room was exceptional, we ate in the Chapel restaurant and found the food to be lovely. Would definitely recommend this gem of a hotel. Sadly we saw no ghosts.
