"Every aspect of this stay was amazing! Coming from the states, we couldn't download the Korean APPs and the host reached out via whatsapp after the first communication on hotels.com. All instructions on how to get into the building and where to store bags were provided prior to arriving. We arrived a bit early but the room was ready so he allowed us to go straight in - once we arrived, he came in and showed us how everything works (HVAC, TV, etc.) So grateful for this interaction....
