"The check in process was easy because I was assisted by the staff. The lift waiting area was quite dark though. I managed to walk around the area and it’s nice that they have mart and mamak downstairs because food is not an issue. There’s few food stalls in front of Gleneagles and a big mall nearby. Not so many people but easy and peaceful to do your shopping 😄"

"There's no front desk to check in/out The link from Expedia to contact the property is broken The phone number posted , is only on WhatsApp, I called many time, no reply, no voicemail When arrived at the property, the security guard doesn't speak English, many companies operates renting suites there. It took more than hour till the guy came with keys It one suite divided into two suites I don't recommend it "

"Great budget place to stay. Short walk to subway. Bit of a strange check in process since apartments are rented privately but it was easy enough once we sorted it out. Pool was a nice feature and the room we got was great. Security was also great."
