Staff is professional and reliable. Good bus connections to beaches."

"Wir waren wieder einmal sehr angetan vom Schlosshotel Ralswiek. Die Lage in der Nähe der Störtebekerfestpiele ist nicht zu toppen. Fußläufig kann man das Theater in kürzester Zeit erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Gastronomie ist auf einem hohen Standard. Die Zimmerreinigung findet alle 2 Tage statt."

"Great location in Binz with short walks to everything you need, esp. the beach right outside of the hotel. The breakfast and bbq buffet was outstanding. The rooms are a bit dated by now. Very small toiletries, esp. for stays for more than 1 day. "

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters....

"Der Empfang war freundlich und das Personal hat sich große Mühe gegeben. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Angebot an Verpflegung/ Getränken top. Leider war unsere Zimmereinrichtung (wie das ganze Hotel) etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem mehr als ausreichend für uns. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder."
