The location and the hotel is good for a family’s vacation. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet have various choices with good value. The service at the hotel and the restaurant is very good. I would highly recommend my friends to stay in this hotel.

The hotel was central and in the locality we wanted to stay in. We were upgraded and the room was clean and bed comfortable. The service staff were warm and helpful since it was the first time we were visiting Macau. The Assistant Front Office Manager Jenny Zhao very sweetly organised a birthday cake for my husband. We enjoyed our stay at the The Grand Emperor Hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to visit Macau.

This hotel is very convenient and I was able to get around with public transportation. There are also many restaurants( some are even 24/7) and shops close to the hotel. I will stay there again next time when I go to Macau.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. I first stayed there back in 2014 when they first renovated. The rooms are nice size with comfy bed. I like the location of the hotel as it allows me to walk around to all the local shops and try out all the restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful to accommodate my needs. Room is super spacious with a sofa, long table, bed and an awesome toilet with a bathtub and a transparent glass(adjustable curtain) which separates it from the room. U will be able to even watch the tv from the toilet AND there's a speaker in the toilet which plays the audio from the tv. Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful, even asked my next destination during check out and offered to get a cab.
