"Quiet, safe, right beside train station. Good room temperature. Blackout sliding panels on the window, which also served during my cold December three-night stay to keep the room warm at night, preventing heat from radiating out from the large window. The chair at the desk was very comfortable both for working and for reading, with padding on the seat and on the back."

"Hotel structure does have atrium. This atrium is without roof, so winter is very cold/chilly and Very hot in summer season when you move from your room to dining area, hot spring facility and front desk. This hotel should be install roof over the atrium."

"Very conveniently located by the JR Niigata station. Although I did not get the buffet breakfast as I had to checkout early, like it offers all the regional Niigata foods. "

"Comfortable beds snd bedding with a plush comforter and our room had an ofuro japanese tub for soaking! It was a big hotel but easy to check in/out; I especially liked the express checkout. Close to train station and an easy walk to the river. "

"Semi-double is spacious, enough for my yoga mat and I could stretch my arms out. Water pressure good, hot (4th floor); walls a bit thin (woken up by next door’s snoring). Breakfast was overwhelming. Eat up for your 2,009¥ breakfast and you won’t need any more food for the day! Bath was nice, but could be 1-2C hotter. Will return next time I come to work @universitybbb"
