The staff here is truly amazing, they made our stay comfortable, welcomed us and made us fall in love with Vietnam as this was our first stop on our trip. I am truly so thankful we chose this hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean, the breakfast has something for everyone and the pool is a great hideaway from the busy city. "This hotel is in an excellent location. The atmosphere is quite colourful. The rooms are not very big but comfortable a enough. Great value for money. Fairly clean although a bit of noise from next door due to renovations. Above all, the best thing this hotel has is the Staff. 20/10 in customer service. That alone is enough reason to stay here again in the future. Every single staff member were fantastic and there service is hard to beat!"
