"Our stay at the Hyatt Place Gothenburg Central was very pleasant. The female receptionist at check-in was excellent, providing plenty of helpful local recommendations. The room was comfortable, and both the bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a really good selection with plenty of choice. A clean, efficient hotel with great service. We would certainly stay here again."

"It was a good place for us to stay, as we toured around Gothenburg. Good size small fridge, with a freezer, hair dryer in the bathroom, and a washer. We did not use the washer but it's there if you need it. The dishwasher functioned very well. The one thing to be prepared for, is that the loft ceiling is very, very low. I am a few inches over 6 ft, and in order to get to my side of the bed I had to be bent over in half. But it doesn't matter when you're sleeping, just be aware that when you get up don't try to stand up straight! Haha. It's close to transit, within 5 minutes of walking distance. All of the buses either come directly from the Central station or to the Central station in Gothenburg; from there you can get anywhere in the city. It's only one stop in either direction. The view from the balcony was quite nice, it's nice to see sun 🕶️ nting on the water. Very comfortable and reasonably priced. If you can, take a walk over onto the other side of the road, there's a number of small restaurants including our new favorite, the Bosna restaurant."

"The hotel is well-located in Gothenburg, with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. However, the room’s inadequate air conditioning, with a minimum temperature set-point of -2.0C (unclear from what temperature), made the room 19.5C, a bit too warm for sleeping. The bins are also a bit on the small side - they fill up quickly after a shopping spree around the many stores around Gothenburg. Our kids loved the bunkbeds and the play area in the breakfast restaurant. We've stayed here before and will probably be back again."

"Excellent location right in the centre of the main street and close to Haga and port. Hotel is in great condition and breakfast is delicious. Staff is super friendly and always there to help. The room was very small for one but still it was nice."
