La mejor comida de Vietnam la comimos en este alojamiento, realmente deliciosa. If I could give this property 0 stars, then I would! Where to start… the staff member at the front desk was very unhelpful and rude. As soon as we arrived (2 hours early), after a long journey, tried to charge us almost double what we initially paid for an early check in. "A unos 10 min caminando de la calle principal de Sapa.Esta a la distancia justa para alejarse uno del ruido. La habitación no destaca por su moderna decoración pero es amplia y cómoda. Lo mejor del hotel una chica que habla español (se agradece) pero es realmente un encanto y te ayuda en todo lo que puede.Muy profesional.

La atención de los anfitriones, inmejorable, hacen todo lo posible para apoyarte y hacerte sentir especial. Tom dispuesto a apoyarte con las reservas de todo lo que necesites. El hotel tiene los servicios y la atención de un cinco estrellas. Incluso lavaron mi ropa! Y me dieron desayuno muy temprano (6 am) porque mi autobús salía a las 7 am.
