Amazing stay at The Island Concept! The staff were wonderful, the service was really exceptional. From the front desk, to poolside, to the restaurant, everyone we came in contact with was lovely and helpful. The property is absolutely stunning, room was modern and very clean.

One of the best accommodations we have ever seen. Service was top notch (they even thought of preparing some sandwiches because we checked in really late - and they prepared huge take-away breakfast because we checked out very early). They also offer complimentary dinners in addition to expected breakfast.
The view is breathtaking, the parking is easy and the beach is great, too. Beware, though, that you'd most likely want to have water shoes for swimming - the water is emerald and crystal...
Elounda Mare is an absolute gem. Hidden in the Elounda hillside as if the hotel grew out of the landscape and with a sweeping view of a cerulean blue bay, this is a hotel to be reckoned with. The Chateau & Relais association is earned here as the level of service is truly 5 star. The concierge Margherita was extremely helpful with 'off campus' suggestions and the Hotel's Sommelier was charming and informative. This is a romantic, relaxing getaway. Amazing views. Beds were rock hard, showers were old and not convenient, but the pool was nice, very friendly and helpful staff and a lovely place outside of town.
What an amazing place to stay! An excellent property. The hostess is sensitive to needs, and hospitable. It is a quiet place with an amazing view of the lake. Highly recommended property right in the midst of all the action in Agios Nikolaus. Restaurants and shopping right outside the door.
We absolutely loved the New Aurora Apartments. The rooms were super spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we could need. The parking was easy as well. We were close to numerous cafes, shops and restaurants so didn’t have to go far for food etc. It was also a short walk to a lovely secluded beach. It is a definitely somewhere we would come back to in a heartbeat.
This is a luxurious, beautiful hotel set in one of the most beautiful surroundings possible. Flowers, gardens, art, good food, amazing access to the sea. A very special place. We were upgraded to a villa with private pool and this was phenomenal. The villa was large and very well designed. Our only complaint was that the shower was very small. There was a separate bathtub in the room with a gorgeous view that made up for it, however.
