This hotel is one of those places where you immediately feel like part of the family when you stay here. Everyone is so incredibly friendly, knows who you are and gives amazing recommendations for things to do and restaurants to visit. The place is so clean and beautiful, breakfast is amazing and it’s just enough off the beaten path to avoid a ton of beach tourists coming in and out. It has a really exclusive feel while being super homely at the same time. Highly recommend staying here!

Crete was our last island to visit, Wow! did the Blue Palace meet/exceed our expectations! We had a bungalow suite with fabulous sea view. Every night the hotel had something in our room for us....from fresh flowers to a bowl of fresh fruit and one night an small cake with Happy Anniversary written on it. The service was outstanding. We stayed here in June. The large family suite with bunk beds was very comfortable and the staff was very diligent about replacing towels which was really appreciated. The room was supposed to be seafront but in reality we were looking at trees blocking the view. The beach is great IF not windy. We had a few days where the wind meant no swimming at the beach was allowed. No big deal but something to be aware of. Mezze and Mouries restaurant had great food. The breakfast options are also great....

Booked a half board midweek couple retreat, we were very pleased. Walking around the complex is not easy due to a steep climb but you can call for a ride.
