"We spent 4 nights in a wonderful Ocean twin room on a Yokohama floor of the hotel. We had an incredible view of Cosmoworld and the bay from both the balcony and the (huge) bathroom. Drinks topped up in the fridge every day was a nice touch. The lady that saw us to our room was so lovely and welcoming, I wish I remembered her name. Highly recommend anyone spending time in Yokohama to give this place a try."

チェックイン時に部屋のアップグレードをすすめていただき、横浜の花火が見られる部屋を案内いただきました。
台風で外に出られない場合を考慮して、朝食も予約しました。非常に満足の朝食をいただけました。特に驚いたのが、おかゆ！ 人生過去1番で美味しいおかゆでした。他も横浜中華街を意識した料理などもあり満足度が高かったです。
19階からの眺望を楽しみながらの朝食と快適な部屋でまた来たいと思います！
台風直撃のなか、たぶん総支配人と思う方が朝食の際に拝見いたしました。スタッフの方々含めて、台風の中もサービス提供ありがとうございました。"
