"There are no pans or utensils to cook in the room. There were no glasses or wine glasses, the kitchen is just for decoration. There is no washer and dryer in the room as stated in the room description. Had a huge building right in front of the room, so close that I needed to use the blinders all the time. "

"We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The suites are spacious, great for family vacation with kids. The kitchen comes handy for some light cooking. The swimming pool areas are very pleasant for relaxing. We did swim twice when the weather was good. The water was sparkling clean! It is a very short walk to the beach, and has easy access to many great restaurants and shops.the side walk along the lake is perfect for jogging and walking."

"I’m really happy and glad I picked this property. Everything is perfect. I’ll definitely stay at this property again when I come back to Sanya. The crew were so accommodating, the place extremely clean and modern. It’s close to the beach but not too close making it so quiet. "Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. Otherwise a fabulous trip! "
