"Hotel is in a nice and safe location with easy access to transportation and a big mall nearby with good shopping and dining options. Note that swimming at the beach is not allowed and the adult pool was closed as of April 2025, which we weren’t aware when we booked. Lots of really nice facilities for kids of all ages. Decent service though most staff does not speak English at all."

- can not use jacuzzi because pipelines was full of trash and insects.

"We were looked after, by everyone, from the first minute of arrival to getting dropped back off at the airport. The CP staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels, this was the best service I have ever had.
The staff knew our names, my morning drink was ready at breakfast, they looked to give us the best service with a smile, anything we needed and more, nothing was too much trouble. The staff wanted to be there happily to...

"Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. Otherwise a fabulous trip! "

"There are no pans or utensils to cook in the room. There were no glasses or wine glasses, the kitchen is just for decoration. There is no washer and dryer in the room as stated in the room description. Had a huge building right in front of the room, so close that I needed to use the blinders all the time. "

"Hotel has a great location in Sanya, not far away from downtown and excellent view in the room. Got an upgrade when I check in. High season it is really expensive but we got a very good price this time. Must live here next time "

"I’m really happy and glad I picked this property. Everything is perfect. I’ll definitely stay at this property again when I come back to Sanya. The crew were so accommodating, the place extremely clean and modern. It’s close to the beach but not too close making it so quiet. The ocean view from my room was spectacular and serene and most importantly the price is so reasonable. I’m so grateful that Ascott made such a great property in such a great location. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. "
