The property was amazing and I’d definitely return. The spa was relaxing. I enjoyed a lovely facial and had an excellent 5 course lunch at their signature restaurant which was truly delicious. I highly recommend this property to all and the location is great!

We stayed in several hotels during our trip to the Netherlands and Germany and the Boutique Hotel Annamaes was our favorite for many reasons. It was the only comfortable bed I slept in during the week and the rooms were gorgeous--simply and elegantly decorated. The owner was onsite both he and his team were professional, accomodating and friendly. We felt as if we were the only guests. An unexpected and very pleasant surprise was the restaurant "Flow". Super clean and well maintained room, really enjoyable breakfast. Easy to park and very nice staff, they offer everything you need, the beds were comfortable but one of the beds was too soft on one side, and wish there was a fan in the room as it was quite warm. Great location and also very good price
Nice boutique hotel just across the border in Belgium and just minutes away from the beautiful Dutch city of Maastricht. The couple that run the hotel are attentive and helpful. The comfort of the room was first rate. There's a little bus near the hotel that has you in Maastricht city center in 15-20 minutes (important note: Uber doesn't operate in Belgium but the hotel will get you a cab if needed).
