1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. "The hotel is in a lovely spot. We booked a room with the mountain view but enjoyed a fantastic view of the lake while eating a delicious breakfast. You could describe the room as modern classy, comfortable bed, nice lighting gadgets and a spacious shower. The staff was incredibly friendly during our check in and check out. We even got a small gift for our departure. While we did not use it, there is also a Tesla destination charger. Overall, highly recommend the hotel! "

Die Strudel- und Kaffeepause auf der Terrasse mit dieser Aussicht war ein Erlebnis. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet, auffallend sauber. "Ankom meget tidligt, men meget imødekommende personale bød velkommen med sublim morgenmad til min kone og jeg og vores 4 børn. Kort efter var begge vores værelser klar (cirka kl 10.00) hvor normal check in var kl 14.00. Efter at have kørt hele natten fra Danmark, giver denne slags service og gestus topkarakter!! Uanset, så fortjener hotellet 5-stjerne for generel service i top og virkelig lækker morgenbuffet. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen. "
