The staff here are very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. New London has a short distance away, cute little town. Really happy and accommodating staff!
In town for a funeral....it was nice to be greeted by staff at any interaction - rooms were comfortable, nice that it connected to two restaurants, easy to find from the highway.
Only drawback - the lobby entrance was not marked so you weren't quite sure that you were going in the correct entrance
Nice clean hotel, rooms are super clean. But bring your own pillows- the pillows are large, have no “give” and will leave you with a kink in your neck. The pillows look great, but are best suited for back support while watching tv.
We stayed one night as we were traveling through. We needed no amenities, just a clean comfortable room and that is exactly what we got. The room was comfortable, clean and perfect for a stayover. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and I am pretty picky, especially when it comes to cleanliness.
I enjoyed the stay because it was relaxing and it was clean I was disappointed that the hot tub was not in service I partly was looking forward to using that. We did use the pool which was refreshing we actually had it all to ourselves does not happen often. It's a little worn you could tell but still we had fun and was refreshed.
