"The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable and located great for our purposes. We needed to be located on the east side of Tucson. Room was clean and updated. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. This hotel is older with smaller rooms, but the upgrades and atmosphere are excellent. Recommended and would definitely stay again "

"Pool itself was a bit dated and needed updated , as confirmed by the mainainence personel who stated he was going to update it . The biggest complaint was the spa area was not monitored and , despite sign saying NO children under 12 , was being used as a kiddie pool by multiple small children (about 5-8 years old) so we were unable to enjoy it . Brought it to staff attention 3 times , who said they would take care of it , but never did. Very disappointinting !"

"I booked with another hotel that was awful and i quickly books for this one and drove to it. Im so glad I did! It was amazing! So much room in the rooms, very clean, and beautiful. The kids had so much to do. I felt safe with just me and the kids. The price was the best part. I highly recommend "

"Overall, it was was a good stay. My room by the pool was nice. It is obviously an older facility that has been redone. You had to go down a lot of stairs to get to my room and there was a step down to my patio and up to my room. I parked in the front of the hotel and went through the Lobby to get to my room. Easy to miss in the dark and if you are not expecting a step. The noise from pool was not bothersome and stopped around 10:00pm. The food was very good, although, service in the restaurant was extremely slow. It was not the wait staff. The delay came from the kitchen. In my opinion, it is because they were too busy doing orders from the pool and room service. There should only be bar service at the pool if there is not a small kitchen or grill poolside. Overall, a nice stay and I would go back."

"Room was large and lovely. Grounds are so beautifully landscaped with mature plants and cacti. Loved all the colorful pottery and flowers. Pools were fantastic - 10 Feet deep and lots of shade umbrellas. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my second visit - I’ll be back for a third!"
