"The rooms were remodeled, clean and very nice. The only thing I did not like is there was not enough water pressure in the shower and it took a long time for the water to get hot staff was very friendly. All the amenities were great. The restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. We stay there every year and I will definitely be back."

Hey management, as travelers coming to a new place, even as a man, i dont want to see random men just hanging outside of the hotel. I can only imagine how a woman would feel. Very clean and very nice staff though. Close to many restaurants and stores. "

"Absolutely phenomenal "feel" to the property. Lobby, common areas, rooms all have charm. Friendly and rapidly helpful staff. Perfect location for Barrio Antiguo, Santa Lucia, rest of Centro. Clean. Comfortable. However, internet speed quite sporadic and toilet paper holder awkward (obviously a very minor quibble). Nevertheless, beyond impressive."

The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! I will definitely recommend and will return as a guest very soon !! "
