Hotels in Chapala Centro

…missing a connection sucks a$$ and when you’re disgruntled and have no where to go - finding out this hotel was in this airport turned my frown upside down and I went asleep. They were able to accommodate a late check out which subsided the lack of flights out of here and having to sit for a day made it not dreadful. Basically if you get stuck in Guadalajara I would stay here.

All around excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. Clean and comfy room. Would recommend and would definitely stay again

Our stay there was great. The food in the restaurant was good on some days and awful on on other days. We were able to tell that there was different chefs. Some took more pride in preparing the food and some just didn't care.

Simply the best if you want to be in the center of everything and not break the bank. Excellent customer service from everyone. The breakfast options was my favorite. Highly recommend.

Great short stay at Hacienda del Lago. Staff was excellent. Owner of establishment personally gave me a lift to restaurant on a busy Saturday afternoon and taxi's were booked.

Lovely grounds on Lake Chapala with wild egrets and herons. Nice, large room with excellent amenities. We'll maintained gym. Location is about a 20 minute walk to restaurants, and malecón.

Make it clear where the place is located. Also a better visual at the entrance to identify it. The directions provided by Hotels.com were incorrect. I set to a diferent location, totally wrong. And when I called the number, no one answered. So, needles to say, I struggled to find it. Other then that, it is a very nice place. We are already planning on going back sometime in the near future. Thank you Carmen, for being a great host.

Lovely quiet hotel for couples or friends. No children. Friendly staff. Definitely would return.

Clean room. Beautiful location. Right in the lake. The grounds are well maintained. The clerks only spoke Spanish. Ok por mi!

La pasamos muy bien, el hotel está muy bonito y bien cuidado, el agua de la alberca está calientita y la comida muy rica. Si lo recomiendo. Además tienen servicios de spa.

The rooms are VERY large. The grounds are beautiful. The people are fantastic. Very accommodating. Very well equipped kitchen Large commercial stove, refrigerator etc. Nice pool very relaxing. A great value, and for long stays they have a better price we were there only 8 days. Wish it was longer we will be back!
