"A wonderful place to stay! The desk attendants Victoria and Karina were excellent! They were very helpful, courteous, and pleasant. All of the other staff were very accommodating as well. We spent a couple hours each day at the pool and the attendance/waiters were extremely pleasant and attentive. Every guest we encountered was also very pleasant. Looking forward to going back to Diamondhead Beach Resort next year!"

"Tired hotel but extremely convenient and cheap for the area. We wanted to explore Sanibel and captiva again, but faced with £600 per night or the here for £200 per night. Fantastic launderette down the road and a Publix nearby for stocking your fridge as breakfast not so good. But overall compared to the island prices money well spent. "

"No boat rides. Mini-fridge shelf rail on door missing; fridge cabinet cracked; lamp plug receptacles too weak to power BiPap. Maid skipped room one day and almost next. Staff great. Esp valets. "

"It was ok. Nothing great, nothing terrible. The tv remote didn’t work properly. The breakfast was really good with a great selection of choices. It was close to the Sanibel causeway, that was the most positive thing about it in my opinion. "

"Lounge chairs and towels were always avaliable, even when some saved them. Maintenance, Pool, Housekeeping, Restaurant staff all great. Some at the front desk weren't very personable. Heated pool was amazing. Our room was always cleaned in a timely manner "

"The only bad thing I have to say is that I couldn't stay long enough. The staff was over accommodating. This will be my go-to spot when I have to travel there for business."
