This was a new, clean hotel with good beds and nice breakfast.

Great place to stay for a quick trip to Busch Gardens!

I went here with my husband for a night away and really enjoyed it. The room was very clean, the towels were soft, and there was a gorgeous view of the river from our hotel.

The Williamsburg Inn is a delightful place to enjoy a get-away, while visiting Colonial Williamsburg, or other area attractions. Upon arriving, we were met by the attentive staff who saw to our every need. When entering the hotel, we saw many vases of beautiful yellow roses grouped together, which complemented the attractive décor. Airport Shuttle was very convenient and hotel was located next to Mall and many restaurants. Very courteous and friendly staff.

I was traveling with 4 11 to 14 year old kids. The facility was great, staff helpful, and there was plenty for the kids to do. They even put down thier cell phones, and engaged in the real world! Great place for a damily.

Colonial elegance with all the modern amenities. Very friendly and cordial staff and the rooms were beautifully decorated with charming furniture. The breakfast served was excellent and the breakfast room and lounge was one of our favorites. Highly recommend.

If you want to be within walking distance of Colonial Williamsburg and need larger rooms, this is ideal. There is no restaurant on site, but there is one close by. It is clean, and has small amenities like coffee and a common room. The staff are absolutely lovely, welcoming and helpful.

We stayed in the Jefferson Room, which was a perfect layout for our family of four. The kids enjoyed the trundle bed and their own space. The breakfasts were delicious and the location was amazing (and charming) for what we needed. Super close to William & Mary’s campus. Would definitely recommend.

The B&B is absolutely lovely, but there is no one there to greet you or that we even saw at all, except for breakfasts. We booked for two nights and had the 'Green Room' at the top of the stairs, at the front of the house. It's a beautiful room, as are all the rooms there. There is honestly not a bad room (we went into every one of them) and they are all almost identical, except for one twin room. This stay was perfect. Price was amazing. Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.

I loved my stay! The views are spectacular and the food at the restaurant below is delicious. The staff there are lovely and very helpful. Be aware that there is no front desk, you just call to their sister property to get door codes for your room. I liked this but if you’re looking for a traditional hotel, this isn’t it. They were very helpful over the phone and let me have a later checkout. FYI, the restaurant does not serve breakfast, so be prepared to drive to Smithfield or Williamsburg...

Stayed for four days...an extended weekend for a family gathering. The room was clean, well equipped, good AC, and quiet. Their breakfast buffet was yummy. The staff was very helpful, with a special thanks to Christina who helped me make some changes to my reservations

The staff was way beyond helpful and pleasant. Everybody was treated very friendly. I will stay there on my next trip.
